Woman Accused of Abusing Dog While Out on Walk, Caught on Video Punching and Kicking Dog

A woman walking a dog in Bishan, has been accused of punching and kicking a small dog, and dragging the dog by its front legs during the walk.

An eye witness purportedly recorded footage of the animal abuse, which occurred on 4th May (Tuesday) at around 8.45am, at Block 273A Bishan Street 24, and uploaded it on social media.

While the video has since been removed, the woman’s actions of abusing the small dog could clearly be seen in the video.

At one point, the woman could be seen dragging the dog by its front legs as she walked, forcing the small dog to desperately keep up with its hind legs.

Some netters feel that this animal abuse case should be reported to the authorities for investigation, while there were others who felt that authorities should quickly intervene to stop any further abuse.

The SPCA is currently investigating the case.
