Vandalism is a very serious crime in Singapore, which can sometimes be punished with jail and caning.
However, one HDB resident claims that his void deck was being repeatedly vandalised by students from a nearby French International School.
In a Facebook post made by Henry Ng, he claims that his neighbour had made a police report against some French students who were fighting at the void deck. Apart from fighting, Henry’s neighbour also claimed that the students also vandalised the void deck by setting fire, and drawing graffiti on the walls with obscene drawings.
