A RYDE passenger recently shared her horrific experience of her ride one morning on her way to work.
Posting a video of her ride on Complaint Singapore Facebook group, Ha Nhung said that she was mortified when she saw her RYDE driver dozing off at least three times during her journey to work.
In the video, the driver whose face could be clearly seen in the rearview mirror, had his eyes nearly shut a couple of times, and appeared visibly tired and sleepy.
While Ha Nhung was visibly upset with the RYDE driver for endangering her life while driving tired, there were others who empathized with the driver, and felt that the passenger should have just told him to get some rest at home instead, as it is not worth risking his life.
