Hao Chi Durian Stall Owner Shouts At Customer After Request For Refund Over Poor Quality Durians
Hi all, I’d like to provide a personal review for Hao Chi durians (//www.haochidurians.com) for which. DON’T BUY FROM THEM.
I made a 2nd purchase of $98 for 1kg worth of dehusked MSW HIGHLAND durians. (It’s expensive, I know, I paid the premium for a guarantee that the durians be good)
However, it came with plenty of fibre, and both boxes (which to be honest, is not even 1kg) of durians, have no taste! So I took a picture of the fibrous durians, and sent it to the boss.
Boss says ok, he’ll compensate over whatsapp (chatlog available)
Today, I texted him again asking when he intends to compensate. He blue-ticked me.
Later in the afternoon, I asked again, then he gave me a call, and went on screaming at me saying he MEANT to replace the durians, not refund.
Long story short. Don’t buy durians from HaoChi Durian. Boss is all good when durians are of good quality, but when the durian is bad, you’re the fool.
How a business treats a displeased customer says everything about how they run a business. PS: The first purchase went fine. This is the second purchase.
