In a span of four months, two men were caught on CCTV behaving suspiciously outside a woman’s HDB flat in Bukit Batok.
On Wednesday (26th Feb), the victim Miss Cai (28-years-old) posted two photos on her Facebook account showing a man stealing her boyfriend’s Adidas sports shoes which were placed outside her flat.
According to Miss Cai, this was not the first time that such incidents have occurred. Just a few months ago, another man was caught on camera picking up one of her shoes and smelling it aggressively.
Miss Cai says she no longer feels safe and has since made a police report. In addition, Miss Cai also shared the incident in the neighbourhood Facebook group to warn other residents staying nearby.
The police are currently investigating the incident.
