Gangsters Gather Everyday Outside Hougang Coffeeshop, Residents Too Afraid to Confront Them

Five men refused to obey circuit breaker rules and gather outside a coffeeshop everyday for over five hours. These men also refused to wear masks, and even brought their own music player to entertain themselves while eating, drinking and smoking.
Several neighbouring residents of the coffeeshop located at Block 327 Hougang Ave 5, often complain about the loud noises coming from the group going late into the night.
According to one resident who wished to remain anonymous, no one dared to confront these men as they appear to be gangsters with bodies full of tattoos. He added that they would quickly leave only when enforcement officers appear.
