Woman Wrongly Steps on Accelerator and Crashes into Two Vehicles in HDB Carpark, Stays at the Scene to Apologise to Vehicle Owners

A woman who claimed to have wrongly stepped on the accelerator pedal instead of the brakes, crashed her car into two other vehicles at the carpark.

This incident happened yesterday (24^th Nov) at around 11pm, at the open air carpark of Block 542 Serangoon North Avenue 4.

According to witnesses, the woman was seen repeatedly apologising to one of the affected vehicle owners, saying that she is not going to run away. The woman also left a note on the other affected vehicles, asking the owners to contact her.

While the woman’s carelessness had caused the carnage, her honesty in owning up to her mistake is commendable.
