Teacher Donates $1million Condo to Help Poor African Children After Passing Away From Cancer
A 63-year-old teacher pledged to donate the proceeds from the sale of her condominium to the World Vision humanitarian organisation to help the poor and needy children in Africa after her passing.
After Madam Cai passed away last Saturday (20th Mar) from ovarian cancer, her wish was fulfilled by her family members. According to her family members, Madam Cai had made this decision around 3 years ago.
Before her death, Madam Cai specified that the proceeds from the sale of her condominium were to be donated to the World Vision humanitarian organisation for the purpose of helping the poor and needy African children raise their educational standards. At the time of her death, Madam Cai’s condominium was estimated to be worth over a million dollars.
Apart from this, Madam Cai also helped sponsored a Ethiopian girl, who is now 14-years-old. Madam Cai had reportedly made arrangements to continue sponsoring her until she is 18-years-old.
