J&T Express Singapore Wins Best “Contactless Delivery Service” After Becoming Uncontactable To Its Customers
J&T Express is a relatively well known logistics company providing courier, delivery and transportation services in the Asia region.
However, lately, the Singapore branch of the J&T Express has come under fire for being unable to fulfil its deliveries, delayed shipments, and basically becoming uncontactable to its customers.
The situation was so bad that many frustrated customers took to the company’s Facebook page and bombarded the reviews section with complaints about the company’s lack of professionalism, non-existent customer service, and basically being uncontactable.
One disgruntled customer even decided to award J&T Express Singapore with a “Best contactless delivery” award, for not being contactable for several days.
