Woman Discovers Neighbour’s Illegal KTV Operations, Takes Video of Sexy Women and Drunk Men Coming in and Out

A woman got so fed up with her neighbour’s late night noisy antics, that she decided to install a security camera to find out what was actually going on.

Miss Tan (34-years-old) who stays in a Condominium located along Beach Road, was shocked to see many scantily clad women dressed in bunny costumes and ultra-short mini skirts, as well as several men carrying cases of beer going in and out of her neighbour’s home. This led Miss Tan to believe that her neighbour could be running an illegal KTV business at his home.

According to Miss Tan, the loud noises started around October this year, after a new neighbour moved into the unit opposite. These “sessions” would happen at least 3 times a week, and go on from 11pm to 6am in the morning. Miss Tan said that she could clearly hear singing, laughter, and intimate conversations between the women and the men. She added that based on the women’s accent, that they were likely from China and Vietnam.

Miss Tan has since made two police reports, but to no avail. Her neighbour would stop when the police turn up at the door, but would simply continue with their KTV sessions the following day.

The police have confirmed that they have received the complaints regarding the case.
