A woman fractured her wrist after slipping on oil near her unit. One of her neighbours had strangely disposed of some kind of oil and left it spewed across the HDB lift and corridor.
She is looking for help to find the culprit.
Your inconsideration has deadly consequences you bloody dimwit. Your mother never teach you to dispose rubbish properly? The oil you disposed is spilled all over the floor.. and no thanks to you my distal radius is fractured… Can’t imagine if it’s an old person who slipped and fall, you would have been a bloody murderer!
The incident happened on 17 Nov at Blk 287B Jurong East, probably between 8pm to 11.30pm.
Who disposes of oil and leaves it like this? It is a relief no elderly neighbour had slipped on it.
