Mysterious Man Throws Potted Plants Out HDB Unit at Everton Park, Police Officers Search Area Till Dawn for Culprit

A man staying at a HDB block just 50m away from the Cantonment Police Headquarters, decided to throw several potted plants out his HDB unit.

This incident happened on Wednesday (27th Apr) at 1030pm, at Block 1 Everton Park, which is located just across the road from the Cantonment Police HQ.

According to witnesses, a man threw several potted plants out his HDB unit, one of which broke the roof of a covered walkway.

Reporters arriving at the scene the next day found that apart from the damaged covered walkway, a shophouse’s entrance was covered with soil from the potted plants. Pieces of broken plant pots cold also be seen on the branches of the trees nearby.

Residents in the area mentioned that police officers were seen investigating the area, and only left in the wee hours of the morning. However, none of the residents interviewed know if the culprit had been caught.

The police confirmed that a case of a rash act had been committed, but no casualties were reported. The case is still currently under investigation.
